She was predeceased by: her parents, Johnie Holifield and Babe Tackett Holifield; her husband Charles Henson Jr.; her children, John E. Henson and Paula Jourdan (Ralph); her son-in-law Bill Lewis; her siblings, Jack Caldwell, Homer Caldwell, Paul Holifield and Geraldine Estep; and her granddaughter Melissa Holman.
She is survived by: her children, Charles, Gloria Diane Lewis of Northeast, Mary Tackett (James) of Dorton, Charlene Henson of Dorton and Darlene Cable of Dorton; and her siblings, John Holifield of Fort Wayne, IN, Tommy Holifield (Glenna) of Brazil, IN, Carl Holifield (Joy) of Fort Wayne, IN, Gloria Bea Newsom (Otto) of Dorton and Mary Mullins of Lula, GA. She is also survived by twenty-four grandchildren and forty-one great-grandchildren.
