He was predeceased by: his parents, William Dobbs and Lettie Dobbs of Cleaton; and his wife Patricia Ruth Dobbs. He is survived by: his children, Samantha Jones (Brian), Tracy Dobbs (Telenia) and Clay Dobbs; his sisters, Martha Billingsley and Wanda Angel; and his grandchildren, Taylor Jones, Jacy Jones, Jordan Dobbs, Andrew Dobbs, Triston Dobbs, Addie Dobbs and Lexie Dobbs. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, May 13th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Tucker Beechmont Funeral Home (536 Bradford Rd, Beechmont, KY 42326). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, May 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, May 14th 2025 at 3:40 PM at the Ebenezer Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery (1 Merle Travis Hwy, Drakesboro, KY 42337).
