She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Wells; her grandchild Kyson Neal; her father Freddie Smith; and her brother Freddie Clay Smith. She is survived by: her children, Chad Neal, Jesse Neal (Stella), Tara Neal and Brittany Neal; her mother Mary Smith; her grandchildren, Jaydon Neal, Blaise Baxter, Alivia Neal, Kaydence Neal, Kanyon Neal, Bailey Martin, Griffin Martin and Habrey Rager; and her siblings, Billy Smith (Christy) and Mary Jane Smith.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Tucker Funeral Home (113 N 3rd St, Central City, KY 42330). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 at the Miller Cemetery (Cleaton, KY 42332).
