He was predeceased by : his parents, William Guy and Pauline Noel Scroggins; and his siblings, Donna True, Jerry Scroggins and Durwood Scroggins.

He is survived by : his son Dustin Scroggins; his siblings, Regena Jameison (Herby), Connie Hearn (Richard) and John Scroggins (Theresa); his close friend Patty Plunkett; and also, Aaron and Amber Plunkett.
