He is survived by : his wife Peggy Ann Price Penick; his children, Tony Penick of Dry Ridge, Gregory "Rocky" Penick of Dry Ridge, Michael Shane Penick of Dry Ridge and Jama Penick of Dry Ridge; his sister Carolyn Sue Penick of Fairview, TN; his grandchildren, Lindsey Penick Magee, Seth Penick and Jared Penick; and his great grandchildren, Bentley Magee, Ava Magee, Aden Penick and Brycen Penick.
