He was predeceased by : his sister Barbara. He is survived by : his wife Nadine Beach Ballard; and his children, Thomas William Ballard (Patricia) of Dry Ridge, KY, Robert Wilson Ballard (Janice) of Covington, KY and Julie Lee Martin (Barry) of Northport, FL. He is also survived by four grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
