He is survived by: his parents, Pat Terry and Sherry Marsillett; his siblings, Nathan Terry of Prestonsburg, Kentucky, Shawna Campbell of Dwale, Mariah Terry of Prestonsburg, Kentucky and Host; and his grandparents, Charlene Scott and Dave Campbell. He is also survived by Nieces, Nephews, Several Uncles & Aunts.
