He was predeceased by: his parents, Hiriam Hollingsworth and Guynell Kimble Hollingsworth. He is survived by: his wife Martha Dean Peek Hollingsworth of Kuttawa, KY; his daughter Sandi Triffon (Mark); his stepdaughter Lana Hannaman (Waymon); and his grandchildren, Samantha Dettinger (John), Payden Pierce, Alexis Tiemeier (Jason), Sophia, Melina Triffon, Joseph McCoy, Jessica Allen, Brandley Hannaman, Deaven Wallace, Ashton, Aiden, Madison Wallace, Derek and Tanner Walker. He is also survived by four stepsons.
