With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles Phillabaum of Elizabethtown, Kentucky, born in Coshocton, Ohio, who passed away on March 26, 2021 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Francis Phillabaum and Grace Colleen Phillabaum. He is survived by : his wife Kathryn Louise Phillabaum of Elizabethtown; his daughters, Pam Luedy (Ron) of Ashland, OH, Julie Uhl (Brian) of Hodgenville and Jennifer Wolfe (James) of Elizabethtown; and his siblings, Robert Phillabaum of Wooster and Renee Herman (Robbie) of Arizona. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
