He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Spencer and Lilly Bunch Spencer. He is survived by: his wife Mildred; his children, Wayne Alan Spencer (Charla) of Hardinsburg, KY. and Barbara Watts of Elizabethtown, KY.; and his sisters, Katherine Richmond of Independence, KY., Juanita Hudson of St. Louis, MS. and Janice Page (Dean) of Green City, MS.. He is also survived by four grandchildren and seven great grandchildren and a host of other family and friends.
