He is survived by: his daughters, Lydia Shanks and Evelyn Shanks; his grandsons, Michael Widener-Bailey and Benjamin Widner; his great grandchildren, Nikolai Widner and Auron Widener-Bailey; and his close friend Beverly Floyd.
