She was predeceased by: her parents, William Tarter and Neal Corine Beckner Tarter; her husband Fred M. Scifres; her son Bobby Brunk; her grandson Murico Guffrida; and her brothers, Roger and Ed Tarter.
She is survived by: her daughter Jody Giuffrida of Radcliff; her siblings, Nelda Jo Francis (James) of Ohio, Betty Flanagan of Elizabethtown, Judy Garcia (Phillip) of Elizabethtown, Charles Tarter (Vicki) of Clever and William Wade Tarter of Elizabethtown; her grandchildren, Miguel and Lakisha Giuffrida of Radcliff; her great grandchildren, Chance Giuffrida of Elizabethtown and Kasen Altson of Radcliff; her grandson Caidyn Pruitt of Radcliff; and her close friend Natisha Baylor.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, it is required that every visitor wear a face mask or face cover.
