He is survived by: his wife Doris; his children, Michael of South Carolina, Carl of North Carolina, Demone (Erica) of Georgia, Lenny Whitehead of Kentucky and Jenn Whitehead of Kentucky; his siblings, Ashley (Georgia) of Georgia and Lauretta Lanier (Major Willis) of Oklahoma; and his sister-in-law Terry Fenhouse-Hays of Mississippi. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
