He was predeceased by : his parents, Rex Puckett and Cathern Ratliff Puckett; his wife Rosetta Meadows Puckett; and his brother Ronald Gene Puckett. He is survived by : his children, Richard Allen Pucket of East Bernstadt, KY and Jennifer Lynn Olivier of Elkhorn City, KY; and his grandchildren, Morgan Blake Puckett, Peyton Conner Puckett, Dylan Jacob Blackburn and Jonathan Hunter Blackburn.
