She is survived by: her children, Rodney Holland of Georgetown, KY and April Mullins (Coty) of Paris, KY; her grandchildren, Chandra May, Kyle Holland, Derek May, Cloie Holland, Colt Mullins and Ripp Mullins; and her brothers, Daryl Blackburn of Elkhorn City, KY, Elbert Dale Blackburn, Dennie Blackburn of Martin, KY and Darin Blackburn.
