She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Swiney and Bunie Stalker Swiney; and her siblings, Estil Ray Swiney, Loyd Harold Swiney, Clifford Swiney and Bertha Lewis.
She is survived by: her husband David Boyd of Elkhorn City, KY; her children, Teresa Boyd Ratliff (Robbie) of Elkhorn City, KY and Cecil "Peanut" Swiney of Elkhorn City, KY; her grandson Robert Daniel Ratliff (Laura); and her great grandchild Tucker.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 15th 2025 from 6:30 PM to 10:00 PM at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel (112 Elkhorn St, Elkhorn City, KY 41522). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, June 15th 2025 at 7:00 PM and on Monday, June 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
