It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Retha Ann Belcher of Elkhorn City, Kentucky, born in Gary, West Virginia, who passed away on January 24, 2024, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Virgil Mullins and Opal Rose Mullins; her husband Douglas Belcher; and her brother Ronnie Mullins. She is survived by : her children, Tracy Potter of Elkhorn City, KY, Trena Rasnick of Elkhorn City, KY, Cassandra Collins of Pikeville, KY and Brooke Kirk of Princeton, KY; her grandchildren, Colby Potter, Tiara Potter, Kyler Rasnick, Emily Kirk, Logan Kirk and Bryson Collins; and her sister Kathy Mullins of Elkhorn City, KY..
