She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph J. Ratliff and Kelsie Virgina Collins. She is survived by: her children, Ralph Justice of Elkhorn City, KY, Anthony Dillows of Elkhorn City, KY and Sirena Wireman (Robert) of Magoffin County; her siblings, Charlie Ratliff and Nora Ratliff; her grandchildren, Kerra Williamson (Randy), Justin Justice and Sebastien Martin; and her great grandchildren, Clay Williamson and Ella Williamson.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the House of Prayer (3128 E Shelbiana Rd, Pikeville, KY 41501).
