With heavy hearts, we announce the death of George Larkin Summers of Elkton, Kentucky, born in Hardin, Kentucky, who passed away on December 9, 2020 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Alonzo Clarence Summers and Edna Aline Grizzle Summers; his daughter Sharon Summers; his brother A. C. Summers; and his son-in-law Tom Jenkins.
He is survived by: his wife Sue Summers of Elkton; his daughters, Teresa Jenkins of Murrells Inlet, S. C., Laura Pope (Mike) of Somerset, KY and Alison Summers of Hendersonville, TN; and his sister Frances Oliver of Bowling Green, KY. He is also survived by 5 grandsons and 1 great granddaughter.
