He was predeceased by: his parents, James B. Lack and Mary Winders Lack. He is survived by: his friends, Basketball and Walking Horses of Tennessee; his wife Marvinia Lack of Elkton; his daughters, Cindy Fawn Lack of Elkton and Vicki Lack of Elkton; and his siblings, Randolph Lack of Florida and Mary Cargile of Elkton. He is also survived by five grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
