He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Weaver and Lillie May Jones Weaver; his wife Mary Francies Weaver; and his siblings, Allen, Fred Jr., John, Sam, William Weaver, Bertha Weaver Hall, Martha Weaver Davis and Mary Weaver Jones.
He is survived by: his stepson Mike Lopez of Elkton; his foster son Stephen Gibbs of Elkton; his stepdaughter Sheila Miller of Elkton; and his siblings, Paul, Jay Weaver of North Carolina, Nick Weaver of South Carolina and Shirley Weaver Strickland of North Carolina. He is also survived by 2 step grandchildren, 1 step great grandchild.
