He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Alvie and Koneta McCreight (Cummings); his son Brent A. McCreight; and his sister Marvalene McCreight. He is survived by: his wife Delores McCreight (Moore) of Eminence; and his daughters, Teresa Skinner (Kenneth) of Eminence and Melisa Hawkins (Randy) of Campbellsburg.
