He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren Moore and Anna Katherine Moore (Robinson); and his siblings, Judy Henderson and Kenny Bryant. He is survived by: his sons, Jacoby Moore (Shelby) of Shelbyville, JoJo Moore of Ohio, Malik Moore of Ohio, Marquis Moore of Shelbyville, Drew Moore of Shelbyville and Jiah Moore of Shelbyville; his siblings, Karen Moore of Eminence and Jeffrey Moore (Toni) of Eminence; his grandchildren, Hadley, Jaxson, Kinley, Lyndon and Kason; and his siblings' children, Brianna Moore, Kendall Moore and Montel Phillips of Funeral Service.
