She was predeceased by : her parents, James Clark and Emma Gilbert Clark; her husband Elliott Suter Nelson; and her son Larry Nelson. She is survived by : her children, Ricky Lane Nelson (Pam) of Pleasureville and Teresa Nelson Roberts of Carthage, Missouri; her siblings, Jimmy Clark of Eminence and Frankie Smith of Memphis, Tennessee; her grandsons, Joshua Roberts, Keith Nelson and Matthew Nelson; and her great grandchildren, Abigal Nelson, Destiny Nelson and Lainey Roberts.
