He was predeceased by: his parents, Else (Nitzke) and Joseph; his wife Barbara (Stephenson); and his sisters, Blanche (Davis) and Naomi (Brown).
He is survived by: his children, Susan Gray (Eric) and Steven (Marianne); his grandsons, Stephen Gray (Vatsady), Peter Joseph Gray (Satomi), Emmanuel Gray, Jonathan Gray and Benjamin Crafts-Brandner; and his great grandchild Nile Jai Sivongxay Gray.
