The memory of Margret Walter of Edgewood, Kentucky, who passed away on May 30, 2025 at the age of 90, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. In the sacred silence of farewell, Margret is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Margret's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Nikolaus Helmer and Christina Helmer; her husband Karl Walter; and her siblings, Walburga "Burga" Kappen and Heinrich Helmer.
She is survived by: her sister Christina Book.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 8th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Linnemann Funeral Home (30 Commonwealth Ave, Erlanger, KY 41018). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, June 8th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The Best Day Ever Foundation https://www.bestdayeverfoundation.us. and/or the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society in loving memory of her grandniece Sophia Kappen.
