Arco was predeceased by: parents, Archie Holbrook and Rachel Hendrix Holbrook; and son Chris Cates. Arco is survived by: children, Anthony Banks (Brandie), Joseph Banks, Keaston Banks of Ermine, Austin Banks (Alyssa) of Colson, Lisa Gibson (Lindsey) of Prestonsburg and Shondra Adams (Tony); siblings, Roscoe Holbrook (Sandra) of Whitesburg, Geneva Collins of Ermine, Ruby Sturgill of Ermine and Alice Baker (Rodney) of Ermine; and siblings' children, Travis Baker of Ermine, Jonathon Sturgill of Ermine and Lorie Sturgill.
