We are sad to announce that on July 13, 2020, at the age of 96, Rachel Emerson Benedict of Etoile, Kentucky, born in Warren, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, William J. Emerson and Elva Grinstead Emerson; her husband Rush Benedict; and her nephew Carroll Benedict. She is survived by : her niece Karen Benedict; and also Austin Benedict (Heatherly).

In lieu of flowers, a contribution may be made to the Caney Fork Missionary Baptist Church; Steve Emberton, 210 Morningside Dr. Glasgow, KY 42141.
