He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Leroy Napper Sr. and Loretta Jane Napper (Hughes); and his brother David Napper. He is survived by: his wife Brandy Kinser; his son John Stephen Napper (Amanda); his grandchildren, Marley and Hudson Napper; his sons, Rusty and Robbie Brown; and his sisters, Jane Mattingly, Sarah Masterson Haddaway (Fred), Regina Kerns and Lee Ann Matthis (Kevin).
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Schoppenhorst Underwood & Brooks Funeral Home (4895 N Preston Hwy, Shepherdsville, KY 40165). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
