She was predeceased by : her parents, John Perkins and Daphne Thompson Perkins; her sister Kaye Perkins Blanton; and her brother-in-law Randall Blanton. She is survived by : her husband Terry Clinard; her daughters, Melissa Clinard and Tara Roby (Kristopher); her grandchildren, Brayden, Savanna, Hadley and Levi; and her siblings, Vikki Silberisen (Jim), Debbie Veech (Ray) and John Perkins (Shelia). She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
