He was predeceased by : his parents, Thomas Churchman and Salley Rumsey Churchman; and his brother Troy Churchman. He is survived by : his children, Kyle Churchman (Erin), Kent Churchman (Brittany) and Kasey Churchman (Angela); his sisters, Celinda Marshall and Susan Burch (Joe Pat); his grandchildren, Clare, Brice, Grant and Kinsley; his nieces and nephews, Austin Marshall (Eryn), Matt Burch (Angela), Kristin Wyatt (Corey) and Micha Schonburg (Conner); and his aunt Betty Churchman Sublett.
