He was predeceased by: his father Dwight; and his brother Danny Cummings. He is survived by: his mother Marcella Cummings (James Mudd) of Caneyville; his wife Peggy Edwards Cummings of Falls; his sons, Jamie Cummings of Falls and Jason Cummings (Amy) of Caneyville; his grandchildren, Leah Crawford (Brenis), Danielle, Jacob, Colton and Jackson Cummings; his great grandchildren, Lilly Jo, Annie, Frances and Erin Crawford; and his siblings, Eddie Cummings (Cinda) of Caneyville, Daren Cummings (Anna) of Caneyville and Vickie Davis (Donnie) of Roundhill.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 5th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, October 6th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Dermitt Funeral Home (306 W Main St, Leitchfield, KY 42755). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
