It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sue Ann Mahurin of Falls of Rough, Kentucky, who passed away on July 8, 2025, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Dennis and Estella Stanton Dennis; her nephew JD Briles; and her brothers, Randall and Barry Dennis.
She is survived by: her husband Edward Mahurin; her children, Debbie Lusk (Kevin) and Tommy Mahurin; her granddaughters, Alyssa Coates and Kristen Lusk; her great grandchildren, Marley, Myles Hendrix and Memphis Lusk; her brothers, Jimmy Dennis (Vickie) and Jerry Dennis; and her close friend Carolyn Midkiff.
Visitation was held on Sunday, July 13th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, July 14th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Dermitt Funeral Home (306 W Main St, Leitchfield, KY 42754). A funeral service was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
