It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathy Chrisanne Winkle of Falmouth, Kentucky, born in San Diego, California, who passed away on September 5, 2023, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her sister Patricia Holland; and her pet Little Bit. She is survived by : her husband Randy Winkle; her children, Ashley Ashcraft (Shawn), Zach Clifford (Angella), Josh Clifford and Heather Kammerer; her stepchildren, Matthew Winkle and Trista Winkle; her siblings, Angie Mattingly (Chuck), Mike Stratton, Chuck Stratton and Mark Stratton; and her pets, Fancy and Tinkerbell.
