She was predeceased by : her parents, James Edward and Rosanna Shiveley Yates; and her husband Zane Phillips. She is survived by : her children, Rosanna Kay Phillips, Sandra Lee Fisk (Ed) and Bradley Phillips; her grandchildren, David Edward Hopkins, Joe Hopkins (Gloria), Marla Kay Wells (David) and Nicole Zuzik (Neal); her children, Christopher Crawford, Tom Crawford (Laura), Leanna Sievering (Adam), Scott Fisk (Rachel), Bill Staton (Shelby), Jonathan Phillips (Gloria) and Melissa Beth Phillips; her great grandchildren, David Long, Jacob Long, Tyler Hopkins, Juan Ruano (Stephanie), Priscilla Ruano (Angelo), Isaiah Phillips, Jonah Phillips, Ezra Phillips, Julia Russell (Ryan), Macon Bishop, Annalee Bishop, McGinley Zuzik, Delaney Zuzik, Gabriel Crawford, Nathaniel Crawford, Owen Fisk, Allison Fisk, Tim Staton and Addison Staton; and her sister Loretta Nolder.
