She is survived by : her mother Jeannie Minnie Hart; her daughters, April Clayton (Kristin) of Indianapolis, IN and Chy Ann Clayton (Scott Adams) of Berry, KY; her fiancé Jimmy Shelton of Falmouth, KY; and her siblings, Angie Hart of Falmouth, KY and Richard Hart of Falmouth, KY. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
