He was predeceased by: his father Joseph Allen Cissell; and his grandparents, Nelle, Celeston Cissell, Carol Rosenow and Hernon Castillo.
He is survived by: his mother Romona Castillo Cissell. He is also survived by several Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, November 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Jerome Catholic Cemetery (20 KY-339, Fancy Farm, KY 42039).
