He was predeceased by : his siblings, Ronny Glisson (Gayle) and Dorothy Smith of Symsonia, KY; his wife Martha "Rose" Glisson; and his parents, Woodrow Glisson and Mary Glisson (Shanks).

He is survived by : his children, Joey Glisson (Jennifer) of Mayfield, KY and Amber Wilson (Brad) of Arlington, KY; and his grandchildren, Haley Glisson, Keaton Glisson, Ashlyn Glisson, Trey Glisson and Austin Wilson.
