He was predeceased by : his parents, Arthur Robert Higdon, Jr. and Mary Ann Elliott Higdon. He is survived by : his brothers, Wayne (Ruth Ann Higdon), Terry Higdon of McAllen, Artie (Leslie Higdon) and Becki Higdon Romero (Ned Romero). He is also survived by nine nephews and nine nieces.
