He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Foutch and Rhoda Day Foutch; his grandparents, Pearl McQueen, Tom Day, Sam and Darkey Halcomb Foutch; and his nephew Dennis Hughes.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Annette Stogsdill Foutch of Ferguson; his children, Jordan Foutch of Ferguson and Lauren Jo Foutch of Somerset; his stepchildren, Justin Young of Nancy, Holly Young of Ferguson and Katessa Wood of Casey Co; and his siblings, Robert Foutch of Somerset, Tim Foutch of Shopville, Terry Lynn (Whitaker), Gail Foutch of Oklahoma, Betty Butte of Somerset, Mary Ann Barnett of Somerset, Jennie Hardwick of Indianapolis and Helen Morales of Alabama.
