He is survived by: his wife Armarita Mills; his children, Kathy Bingham (Lowell) and Michael Curtis Mills of Flat Lick; his grandchildren, Matthew Bingham, Samantha Jones (Flat Lick) and Benjamin Mills (Liz Collins) of Heidrick; his great grandchildren, Talon Mills and Christopher Jones; and his sisters, Ora Lee Puckett of Turkey Creek, Bonnie Neely (Jim) of Mt. Vernon, Norma Jean Rawlings (Bob) of Troy and Anna Sue Mills (Randall Wayne) of Carlisle, Ohio..
