She is survived by : her husband Richard "Dick" Adkins; her son Rodney Keith Adkins; her stepfather Paul Walker; her sisters, Ida Melvin and Vicki Reed; her children, Richard Adkins Jr. of Flatwoods, Timothy Adkins of Flatwoods and Leigh Ann Rister (Don) of Minford, OH; her grandchildren, Nickolas Ashley and Brooklyn Adkins; and her brother Paul David Johnson of Columbus, OH. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
