He was predeceased by : his parents, Osa Walters and Bonnie Kimberlin Walters; his daughter Kathryn Walters; and his wife Francis Ann Walters. He is survived by : his son Vincent Walters of Flemingsburg; his close friend Connie Boggess; and his siblings, Marilyn Glowsky, Euralee Pickens and Donald Walters of Camargo, KY.. He is also survived by his seven grandchildren; his five great grandchildren.
