She was predeceased by: her husband Enos Lawton Cooper; her father Kenneth McIntyre; her sister Sylvia Hawkins; and her nephew Luke Hawkins. She is survived by: her mother Annette "Sue" Fawns McIntyre; her sister Kennetha Vance (Randy); her sibling's children, Dennis Ray Cooper, Kelly Weitekamp (Jay), Kristen Story (Jason), Joshua Vance (Jessica), Roxanne Wright (Louie), Carla Weber (Mark), Nancy Sue Ray (Kelly), Keena Bumgardner (Randy), Kim Gilliam (Ronnie), Greg Denton (Tammy), Kent Cooper (Jennifer), Cynthia Ashworth (Rick) and Tracy Clark (Wayne); her sister-in-law Debbie Cooper; and her cousin Donna Holbrook.
