She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Russell Story and Mary Eva Williams Story; her husband Herman Parker Perkins; her daughter Judy Mae Perkins; her siblings, Oakie Story, Paul Story, Helen Denton, Alleda Roberts and Anna Belle McRoberts; her grandchildren, Amy Perkins and Stephen Spencer; and her son-in-law Kevin Spencer.
She is survived by: her children, Ferman Perkins (Jenny) of Flemingsburg, William "Bill" Perkins (Rhonda) of Wallingford and Marilyn Humphries (Nelson) of Hillsboro; and her grandchildren, Joseph Perkins (Christy), Alison Manning (Tim), Jill Meadows (Matthew), Andrew Perkins and Leslie Jackson (John). She is also survived by nine great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and other extended family members and many friends.
