It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mitch Shields of Flemingsburg, Kentucky, who passed away on December 26, 2020, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Mitch Shields to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his mother Dorothy Willoughby Shields; and his siblings, Randall Keith Shields and Mary Louise Shields. He is survived by: his father Cray Shields; his wife Carla McCord Shields; his son Emmanual Corey Shields (Megan Harris); his granddaughter Emma Lou Shields; his siblings, Patricia Ramey (Jackie), Barbara Mitchell and Jeff Shields (Deena); his sisters-in-law, Tamme Stoops, Cliftina McGuffey (Eric) and Sherry Kerns Dulin; and his children, Philip Wagoner, Charles Willoughby, Brayden Wallingford, Uriah Stoops, Judy Denton, John Vice, Jennifer Vice, Jerry Dixon, Tommy Porter, Chuck Ramey, Shane Ramey and Jason Workman. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, and many friends.
