He was predeceased by: his parents, Tennyson Goble and Verlie Jean Adkins Goble. He is survived by: his wife Joan Ratliff Epling; his children, Ben Little (Angel) of Pikeville, Jonathan Epling of Fords Branch, Michelle Castle (Tony) of Florida, Joy Epling of Prestonsburg, Wendy Lowe (Charles) of Pikeville, Jodi Collins (Roy) of Dorton and Bella Epling of Fords Branch; and his brother Norman Adkins of Shelbiana. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
