We are sad to announce that on April 13, 2024, at the age of 60, Shawn Dermot Kelly (Fort Thomas, Kentucky) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his mother Margaret Ann Kelly; and his wife Anna Kelly. He is survived by : his father Edward Kelly; his dachshund Reba; his daughter Krystal Brun (Leo); his granddaughter Lilly Brun; and his siblings, Kevin Kelly (Cindy), Tim Kelly (Shelly), Chris Kelly (Denise), Paula Roll (Michael) and Erin Grosser. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Muehlenkamp-Erschell Funeral Home (241 Fairfield Ave, Bellevue, KY 41073). A memorial service was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Muehlenkamp-Erschell Funeral Home - Bellevue (241 Fairfield Ave, Bellevue, KY 41073).

Memorials are suggested to The American Cancer Society.

“On April 9th, 2024 I spoke with Shawn for the last time at 7:01pm as he updated me on his diagnosis, his difficulty breathing, Navy stories, and we ended the conversation sharing some memories about Anne & Krystal. He was one of my all-time friends and the best man at my wedding. I would love to share some pictures of Shawn hanging out with us over the years. But this one made me smile. We introduced him to a Texas sized BBQ Brisket Pizza. What a memory. Rest easy my friend.”
