She is survived by : her spouse Mark Allen; her father Wayne Harlin McPeak of Tompkinsville; her children, Bethany Simpson (Daniel) of Fountain Run, KY and Dalton Allen of Fountain Run, KY; her sister Barbie Emberton (Michael) of Lafayette, TN; and her granddaughter Sadie Kate Simpson. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
