She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Thomas and Lillie Mae Meredith Rudder; her husband James Robert "Boss" Kemper Sr.; her brothers, Franklin D. Rudder and David Lee Rudder; her granddaughter Amber Kemper Hart; and her son-in-law Victor Bourne.
She is survived by: her children, Judy Bourne, Linda White (Charles), James Kemper Jr. (Jeannie), Deborah Haines (Ronald) and Frank Kemper (Donna); her sister Lois Reading; her grandchildren, Tammy Morgan, Jimmy White, Charley White, Jamie Faulkner, Jesse Kemper, Benjamin Haines, Molly Haines and Tricia Orme; and her sisters-in-law, Pauline Cornett and Carolyn McFarland Rudder. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild, and numerous nieces and nephews.
